Massimo Oliva

Massimo Oliva is an Associate at FREEDIN & ROWELL LLP and a member of the Business and Estate Succession Group and the Corporate and Commercial Law Group. He started his legal career at FREEDIN & ROWELL LLP as a Summer Student in 2022 and continued with FREEDIN & ROWELL LLP as a student of the Integrated Practice Curriculum at Toronto Metropolitan University.

Massimo works predominantly in the Business and Estate Succession Group, assisting individuals and corporations with their succession needs. More specifically, he has experience with preparing wills, testamentary and discretionary trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as implementing corporate reorganization plans by assisting with estate freezes and other tax-driven strategies.

With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for learning, Massimo takes pride in assisting his clients with their succession needs. He continuously seeks creative ways to meet the uniqueness of every succession plan.

When not in the office, Massimo enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
