Kristin is a Partner at FREEDIN & ROWELL LLP and a member of the firms Corporate and Commercial Law, Business and Estate Succession and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups.

Kristin’s practice focuses on asset and share purchase and sale transactions, assisting with the ‎preparation and implementation of business succession plans, establishing various types of trust ‎structures including discretionary family trusts, implementing tax-driven reorganizations and corporate restructurings and advising clients on business formation and corporate governance matters.

As part of her corporate succession practice, Kristin also provides estate planning services, including preparation of Wills and power of attorney documents.
